Eligibility Requirements:

  • Portuguese descent
  • Resident of Peabody, Sale, Danvers, Lynn or Beverly
  • Accepted by an institution of higher learning
  • Completed application form
  • High School transcript
  • Two letters of recommendation from school staff
  • An essay on a topic provided within the application
  • Proof of Portuguese descent (passport, birth certificate, etc.)
  • Copy of Financial Aid Form & Parent’s US 1040 tax return (pages 1 & 2 of Form 1040)
