The Sib Hashian Fund Scholarship is a $10,000 scholarship ($2500/year four-year college, $5000/year two-year college) for a student pursuing a degree in Art or Music. Renewed only if student earns a B/B- average in all courses at the end of each college semester. Legibly complete the two-sided application and attach: (1) copies of college Acceptance Letter and Financial Aid Award Letter, (2) any document showing the cost of attendance, i.e., tuition, fees, room & board, etc., (3) the first page of your SAR (Student Aid Report) which you received after submitting your FAFSA to the federal government. ONLY attach the first page which includes your EFC, and (4) a transcript with 1st, 2nd & 3rd quarter grades. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Complete the application by legibly printing/typing in blue or black ink. If you’re able to print, complete, scan and save the application, then do so. Otherwise, open the WORD document, erase the underlined areas, type in the necessary information, and save it. Please do not type more than fits the allotted area.
