Lynn English Local Scholarship Application

The Local Scholarship Application is now available for seniors to complete. In order to be considered for any local scholarships, the below application must be fully completed and submitted to your guidance counselor by 8:00 AM, Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Local scholarships are separate from the scholarships for which you have been receiving messages since this school year started. In conjunction with guidance counselors, individuals and groups outside of Lynn English review Local Scholarship Applications to award scholarships.

Keep in mind – submitting a Local Scholarship Application does not mean that you will definitely receive a scholarship; it only means that you will be considered for scholarships. Also, most scholarships are awarded based on a student’s academic record.

The Local Scholarship Application is below as both a WORD and a PDF document.

Submit the completed Local Scholarship Application and all necessary documents to YOUR guidance counselor for review. DO NOT submit the application without all required documents.

As a reminder, the deadline to submit the Local Scholarship Application is 8:00 AM, Tuesday, April 30, 2024. We realize this deadline is just before the May 1 decision deadline for the college that you plan to attend. However, there are a number of local scholarships that require recipients be chosen by May 1.
